Qatalog
Qatalog is a centralised workhub where teams can work async from anywhere in the world, within context. During my two and a half years tenure, I contributed to an significant UI overhaul to enhance the platform's design and user experience, maintained the design system, and refined concepts through testing and feedback.

Automation
Enhancements to the Workflows feature, introducing conditionals to transform it into a robust and comprehensive automation solution, comparable to platforms like Zapier.
Goals and OKRs
Redesigning and enhancing the Goals feature to align with Qatalog 2.0's modular and customizable framework. Key improvements included adding support for calculated measurements, enabling linked progress tracking, and automating updates, making the feature adaptable to various industries and user needs.
Adoption
Implementation of a series of new prompts and empty states to increase adoption after self-service onboarding (smaller companies).
Bulk imports
Allowing users to import projects from various platforms, centralising their workflows and eliminating the inefficiency of scattered information.
Simplified creation
Simplify and streamline the creation flows within Qatalog, reducing friction for users by removing unnecessary form fields and enabling quicker setup.
