Loopcloud is a cloud-based platform for music producers, offering a vast library of royalty-free samples, loops, and sounds. Designed for various genres, it integrates directly with DAWs like Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, and others, allowing producers to easily browse, preview, and download sounds without leaving their workflow.

Pause subscription
Reduce voluntary subscription churn for Loopcloud by introducing a "Pause Subscription" feature. This allowed users to temporarily halt their subscriptions rather than cancel entirely, addressing key user concerns such as time, money, and inspiration constraints.
The results were significant: voluntary churn dropped by 31%, from 5% to 3.5%, and $26K in subscription revenue was saved within 34 days. Annually, this feature has the potential to generate an additional $285K if paused subscribers renew at least once.
